Support to the Patras Asylum for the Undead and offer to the fellow human being.

The Member of Parliament of Achaia of the New Democracy, Mrs Christina Alexopoulou, visited the Patras Asylum for the Undead and met with the management of the historical institution of our city, which has completed 65 years of offering to the fellow human being and today cares for 120 people of proven need.

The Achaean MP was welcomed by the Vice President of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Alexandra Stamatopoulou, Mrs. Christina Economopoulou -Bikou, member of the Board of Directors and the Director of the Asylum for the Undead, Mr. Aris Gatzogias, who informed her about all the issues of its operation.

Mrs. Alexopoulou and the members of the Asylum's Management Board agreed to be in constant communication so that these issues, such as the compensation of uninsured patients, the increase of the daily hospitalization rate and the overall upgrade of the building, are immediately transferred to the competent governmental bodies in order to be resolved. With the mediation of the Achaean MP, protective masks and tests for coronavirus were delivered to the Patras Asylum for the Uninfected by the representative of the NGO "Vision in Mission", Mr. Mario Didachos.
